Can you prepare multiple years returns at the same time?

Yes we can lodge multiple years of taxes at the same time. Once the logement obligations are fullfilled we can also help you to liase with ATO with regards to any debts , negotiations or penalty or remission of penalties or interest applied should there be reasonable reasons for delay of lodgements.

How do I apply for an ABN?

Please contact us and we will assist you through the process and will also be able to work out which structure suits your needs.

I did not work last year do I still need to do a tax return?

If your income was less than tax free threshold and there was no tax withheld and you were not carrying on a business you may not need to lodge a full tax return. However you will need to submit a no lodgement advice to the ATO which you can do through us or by directly contacting ATO or through mygov account.

Can I have your fee taken from my refund?

You certainly can! The fee is deducted from your ATO refund once it comes through and before it hits your bank account .There is an administration fee for us to process the fee through your refund.If you have any ATO debts or unpaid child support and other overpaid DOCS charges, unpaid HECS charges in these circumstances we can’t deduct our fee from your refund.

Can I do my tax returns via Email?

We prefer to do mainly via physical meeting however if the circumstances donot allow for this to occur we can process via email , skype or/and telephonic conversations to complete your returns.

I want to start my own business where do I start?

We can assist you to make a few important decisions whilst starting up a business namely the type of structure that suits your needs , registrations and lodgement obligations. Once you have decided we also assist you to set up business, apply for ABN , TFN and any other registrations required by the law

How long does it take to setup a company?

We specialize in structure setups and hence can deliver a new entity within 1 business day.

Will I be penalised for lodging my return late?

You may receive a fine and/or interest penalty charge from the ATO if you lodge your return late so really try to be on time. We have lodgement extension facilities that will help to minimise such charges.

How long will my refund take?

The ATO recommends 28 processing days once your return has been lodged. Usually high volume of our returns turnaround in approximately 5-10 business days. We advise contacting us after 21 days if you have not had your refund so we can contact the ATO and get to the bottom of the situation for you.

How much do you charge?

Prices may vary given the complexity and type of return in question but we can provide you with a quote before commencing work.
We can take the fee from your refund subject to certain conditions.
We accept visa and Mastercard, eftpos, cheque, cash.
